API terms

The rules for keys minted in HR Suite and for the people, scripts and AI agents that use them.

The short version

  • A key acts as your company within its scopes. Whatever is done with it is done by you.
  • An AI agent with a write scope can post vacancies, move applicants, change records and approve pay runs. Give the scopes you mean, set an expiry, and read the log.
  • Sixty calls a minute, twenty writes a minute, per key. Every call is logged for ninety days.
  • Breaking changes get thirty days' notice; the live endpoints are listed at hr.findjobs.ge/hr/api/v1/openapi.json.

1. Keys

Only the account owner mints and revokes keys, behind a fresh second lock. A key is shown once and stored hashed; we cannot show it again. A key carries scopes you choose and an optional expiry. A demo key acts only on the demo company.

A key is a secret. Do not put it in a browser, a public repository or a shared document. If a key leaks, revoke it at once in Settings › API keys; anything done with it before revocation stands.

2. Acting as you

Every call made with a key is an act of your company: posting or closing vacancies, replying to applicants, moving them between stages, scoring them, adding or changing records, deciding leave, approving pay runs, minting files. This holds for a person, a script and an AI agent alike. We cannot tell a mistaken instruction from a meant one.

An AI agent follows instructions it is given and text it reads, including text from applicants and documents. Give an agent the narrowest scopes that do its job, prefer read scopes, set an expiry, and review the call log. Steps the suite marks as needing a person (a contract, a message to applicants, a pay run approval) ask for one even when called by a key, unless you have switched that off.

3. Limits and logging

Sixty calls a minute and twenty writes a minute per key; over the limit the API answers 429 with a retry time. Every call is logged with its endpoint, status and time for ninety days; the owner reads the log in Settings › API keys. We may lower limits for a key that strains the service and tell you.

4. Acceptable use

Use the API only for your own company. Do not use it to scrape findjobs.ge, to read data that is not yours, to send messages that break the findjobs.ge terms (including anything that points to Telegram or Signal), to post discriminatory vacancies, or to resell access. We may suspend a key that breaks these rules.

5. Changes and availability

The live endpoints are described at hr.findjobs.ge/hr/api/v1/openapi.json and hr.findjobs.ge/hr/docs/api. We add endpoints without notice. A change that breaks an existing endpoint is announced by email thirty days ahead; the old behaviour stays available for that period. The API is provided as available, with the same care as the suite.

6. Liability

Section 12 of the HR Suite terms of service applies. We are not liable for what a person, a script or an agent does with a key you minted. Georgian law governs; the Georgian text governs.

The Georgian text governs; the other languages are translations.
