Notice to employees
For the people whose records their employer keeps in Findjobs HR Suite: who holds your data, what is stored, what your employer sees, and your rights.
The short version
- Your employer keeps your record in HR Suite and is responsible for it. findjobs.ge stores it for your employer and does nothing else with it.
- Your employer sees what it enters and what you request in the employee app: your details, pay, leave, documents, reviews.
- findjobs.ge never tells your employer whether you have a findjobs.ge profile or have applied for a job anywhere. That stays yours.
- To see, correct or delete your record, ask your employer. If you cannot reach them, write to us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Your employer is the controller of the record it keeps about you in HR Suite. findjobs.ge is the processor: we store and process the record on your employer's instructions under a data processing agreement and do not use it for any purpose of our own. This notice is given to you by your employer; it does not replace your employment contract or your employer's own policies.
2. What is stored
Depending on what your employer uses: your name and contact details; your job, department, manager, start date and pay history; documents your employer uploads or asks you for (contract, identity copy, permit, certificates); your leave, sick days and shifts; reviews and goals; a work permit case if you need one; your lines in the monthly pay run and the payslip prepared from them. Personal numbers, bank accounts, home addresses and documents are encrypted at rest.
3. Who sees it
Your employer's account owner and HR admins see your record. Your manager sees their own team's records. A recruiter sees applicants, not staff records. An accountant your employer invites sees pay, tax and bank details for the salary file, never your reviews or documents. Every view of a private field is logged with who and when; the owner can read the log.
4. The employee door
If your employer switches it on, you can sign in with a code sent to your email to see your payslips and leave balance, ask for time off, see your shifts, and read your documents. We keep your sign-in session and the time of your visits.
5. What findjobs.ge never does with your record
We never tell your employer whether you have a findjobs.ge profile, whether you are applying for jobs, or anything else from the job board side of findjobs.ge. Your record never feeds the market figures shown to companies. We do not sell or share it.
6. Your rights
You may ask your employer to see, correct, export or delete your record, or to object to a processing; your employer answers as the controller. If you cannot reach your employer, write to info@findjobs.ge and we will pass the request on and help. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
7. How long
Your employer decides how long to keep your record under employment and tax law. After your employer's agreement with us ends, the records stay archived for twelve months and are then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires longer.
The Georgian text governs; the other languages are translations.
