findjobs HR Suite

Updated: 21 October 2026

Subprocessors

The providers that process data for HR Suite, each only for its own part, with where they do it. Changes are announced by email thirty days ahead.

The list

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, the Workers runtime, the D1 database in Frankfurt, KV and R2 storage, email routing. EU and USA.
  • Stripe, Inc. (USA): card payments and receipts for plans. EU and USA.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA) and Amazon Web Services (EU region): sending the emails the suite sends. EU and USA.
  • Google LLC (USA): encrypted off-site backups in Google Drive. EU and USA.
  • Apple Inc. and Google LLC: push notifications to the findjobs apps, when a company's staff use them. USA.

What they see

Cloudflare runs the suite and stores every record, encrypted where the privacy policy says. Stripe sees the company name, the owner's email and the payment. Resend and Amazon see the emails we send (addresses, subjects, contents). Google Drive holds encrypted backup archives it cannot read. Apple and Google see device tokens and the short text of a notification.

What no provider sees

No AI provider receives the records kept in the suite: the pay check, the radar, the ad doctor, the pay run and the files are rule-based. Vacancies published on findjobs.ge are translated by AI models as the findjobs.ge privacy policy describes.

Changes

We announce an added or replaced subprocessor by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, as the data processing agreement says. Questions: info@findjobs.ge.
