findjobs HR Suite

Updated: 21 October 2026

HR Suite terms of service

The agreement between your company and findjobs.ge for Findjobs HR Suite at hr.findjobs.ge. It sits on top of the findjobs.ge terms of use.

The short version

  • HR Suite is a tool for your company's hiring, staff records and payroll files. You use it with your findjobs.ge employer account; the second lock is mandatory.
  • Three paid plans, billed monthly by card through Stripe, cancel any time. A failed payment switches the suite off until it is paid. The demo is free and holds invented data only.
  • We calculate and prepare. We never hold, move or pay money, and we never file anything with the Revenue Service or a bank. Every statutory figure shows who confirmed it, or warns that nobody has yet.
  • Your staff's records are yours: you are the controller, we are the processor under the data processing agreement. You tell your staff, with the notice we provide.
  • API keys are secrets that act as you. Anything done with a key, by a person or an AI agent, is done by your company.
  • Georgian law applies; the Georgian text governs; disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi after thirty days of trying to settle.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Findjobs HR Suite ("the suite") is operated by findjobs.ge ("we", "us"), the operator of the findjobs.ge job board, and is served at hr.findjobs.ge. These terms are an agreement between us and the company whose employer account opens the suite ("you", "the company").

The findjobs.ge terms of use continue to apply to your employer account, your vacancies and your applicants. Where they and these terms differ about the suite, these terms govern. The data processing agreement, the API terms and the subprocessor list at hr.findjobs.ge/hr/legal/ are part of this agreement.

By signing in to the suite, choosing a plan or minting an API key, the person acting confirms they may bind the company.

2. Accounts, seats and access

The suite is opened with a findjobs.ge employer account. Every person who opens it must hold a second lock (a passkey or an authenticator); we may refuse entry without one.

The account owner decides who is on the team, their role and which vacancies a recruiter sees. The owner is responsible for what the team does in the suite. Each plan includes a number of seats; a seat is a person who can sign in to the suite.

The accountant door and the employee door are separate, limited sign-ins (by a code sent to an email address the owner enters) that see only what their role needs. The owner may close them at any time.

Keep sign-in codes, passkeys and API keys to yourself. Tell us at once at info@findjobs.ge if you believe an account or a key is compromised.

3. The demo

The demo is a made-up company with invented people, free, without an account. It is for learning the suite. Do not enter real personal data into it: everything in a demo is swept after fourteen days without a visit and is not covered by the data processing agreement.

Demo API keys act only on the demo company and die with it.

4. Plans, prices and payment

The plans and their prices are listed at hr.findjobs.ge/hr/#plans and on the plan page inside the suite, in Georgian lari, VAT included. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card; payments are taken by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We never see your card.

The People add-on is charged per active employee record on the first day of each month at the price listed, on the plans that say so; the Enterprise plan includes every employee.

A plan starts the moment the first payment goes through and renews each month until cancelled. Cancel on the plan page at any time: the paid month runs to its end and nothing is charged after. Switching plans is settled on the next invoice with Stripe's proration.

If a payment fails, the paid features of the suite and the included Pro for employers switch off at once and stay off until the invoice is paid. Nothing is deleted while they are off.

Every payment mails a receipt. There are no refunds beyond what the law requires; a plan ends at the end of the paid period.

We may change prices with thirty days' notice by email. A change applies to your next renewal after the notice.

Every paid plan includes Pro for employers on findjobs.ge for the paid period, as described on findjobs.ge/account/pro.

5. What the suite does, and what it never does

The suite stores records, calculates pay, leave and settlements from the rules shown in Settings › Rules and rates, and prepares files for accounting software, banks and the Revenue Service annex.

We never hold, move or pay salary or any other money. We are not a bank, a payment institution or a payroll agent. The company pays its staff from its own bank with the file we prepare, and files its own declarations.

Every statutory figure (tax rates, pension shares, leave, holidays) is a dated row with its source. A row shows the name of the person who confirmed it against the primary text, or warns that nobody has. You are responsible for confirming the rules you rely on and for checking every pay run and every file before you use it.

The suite is not legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. The ad doctor, the radar, the pay figures and the settlement engine are tools; the decisions and the filings are yours.

6. Your data and your staff's data

The records you keep in the suite about your employees, applicants and contractors are yours. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your instructions under the data processing agreement. You confirm you have a lawful basis for keeping each record and that you have informed the people concerned, for example with the employee notice we provide.

You may not enter data about people you have no right to process, and you may not use the suite to profile, surveil or discriminate.

Your records never feed the market figures the suite shows other companies. The salary survey is the one exception, is voluntary, and publishes groups only.

You can export your data at any time from Settings. Nothing is deleted while your account is open; leavers are archived.

7. API keys and agents

A key minted in Settings › API keys acts as your company within its scopes. Anything a person, a script or an AI agent does with a key is done by you, including posting vacancies, moving applicants, changing records and approving pay runs. The API terms describe the risks and the limits; by minting a key you accept them.

We log every call. We may suspend a key that is abused, leaked or used against these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Use the suite only for your own company's lawful hiring and staff administration. Follow the Labour Code: no age, sex or other unlawful limits in ads or decisions. No Telegram or Signal as a contact channel; findjobs blocks both.

Do not scrape, copy or resell the suite or its market figures, probe its security, share seats, or use it to build a competing product. Do not enter data on behalf of a company that is not yours without its authority.

9. Availability and changes

The suite is provided as available. We maintain it with care, keep a watchdog on it and page the owner on a fault, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or retire features. A change that materially reduces a paid plan is announced by email at least thirty days ahead, and you may cancel before it applies.

10. What is ours and what is yours

The suite, its design, its documentation, its market figures and its software are ours. Your data is yours; you grant us the licence needed to process it for you, including making backups. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

11. Confidentiality and support access

We keep your records confidential and open them only to run the service, to answer a request you make, or where the law requires. Our staff see a company's records only when the owner grants support access from the suite, for the time granted, and every such look is written to the access log.

12. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limit. Otherwise our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us for the suite in those twelve months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, fines, interest or penalties arising from pay, filings or employment decisions, which remain yours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for confirming the rules you rely on, for checking every pay run and file before use, for paying your staff and your taxes, and for complying with employment and data protection law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims by your staff, applicants, authorities or third parties that arise from your use of the suite in breach of these terms or of the law, including claims about data you entered without the right to.

14. Suspension and ending

We may suspend the suite for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, for a security risk, or where the law requires, telling you why unless the law forbids it. You may end the agreement by cancelling your plan and closing your account.

After the agreement ends, your data stays archived and exportable for twelve months, then is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You may ask for deletion earlier.

Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive the end of the agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

Georgian law governs this agreement and any dispute about it or the suite. Before going to court, write to us at info@findjobs.ge so we can try to settle it; if it is not settled within thirty days, either side may go to the courts of Tbilisi. Claims must be brought within one year of the event they arise from.

16. Notices and changes to these terms

Notices to us go to info@findjobs.ge; notices to you go to the email address of the account owner. We may update these terms; a material change is announced by email thirty days before it applies, and continuing to use the suite after that date is acceptance.

These terms exist in Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish. The Georgian text governs.
