How every part of HR Suite works, what each number means, and what we deliberately do not do.

Getting started HR Suite is the HR system for Georgian companies, built on findjobs.ge. This page tells you what it is, how to get in, and where to go first. The demo A made-up company you can do anything to. It is the real product on invented data, not a video or a tour. Home The first screen: one queue of everything that needs a decision, across every section, sorted by what is due first. Languages HR Suite speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish: the whole suite, the employee app and this documentation.Market
Pay check What a role family pays in a city, from the job ads that are live right now, and where your offer lands against them. Hiring difficulty How hard a hire is in a city: how many live ads compete for each job seeker in a family, and how long ads stay up before they come down. Competitor radar For every role you are hiring for: who else advertises it in the same city this week, what their ads pay, where your offer lands. Market › Competitor radar. Ad doctor Your vacancy checked against the market and the rules, scored 0 to 100, with the fixes in order. Market › Ad doctor, on every plan. Salary survey What companies actually pay, as opposed to what ads offer. Shared anonymously, shown only as groups. Market › Salary survey.Hiring
Talent search One search over findjobs profiles, the work pool and your own past applicants, with contact only after the person says yes. Pipeline A stage board per vacancy, shared with your team, with scorecards and a reply clock. Hiring › Pipeline. Onboarding From "hired" to a good first week: a checklist with an owner and a date per item, a contract the starter signs with a code on the employee door, and the record the pay run needs, made on the start date.People
Employee records One record per person: role, department, manager, start, pay, leave, documents, time off, reviews, and the history of every change. Private fields are encrypted and every look at them is logged. Time off Leave, sick days and unpaid days on one calendar: asked on the employee door or added here, decided in one tap, flowing into the pay run by themselves. Shift rota A week per department: who works when, open shifts anyone can take, swaps a manager confirms, training shifts for starters, overtime that goes straight into the pay run. Reviews and goals Four questions, twice a year: a self-score and a manager score, seen side by side once both are in, with goals, and the grade next to pay against the market. Pay vs market Every person's pay against the stated pay for their role family in the city: who sits below the middle, what closing the gap costs, how long since each last change, and the last review grade beside it. Leaving Everyone on their way out: the checklist, the final settlement figure for the pay run, and the employment certificate. The record stays; nothing is deleted. Work permits A case per foreign colleague: the step, the next date, the documents gathered. Reminders reach Home and one email 30, 14 and 3 days before every date.Money
Pay run The month: every line from the records, the rules used, approval behind a fresh lock, payslips, and the files for the program, the bank and RS.ge. The suite never moves money. Accounting The approved months as files for the accounting program, the bank and the Revenue Service annex, with a journal preview and the download history. The suite makes the file; a person uploads it. Accountant Your accountant gets their own door: approved pay runs and their files, nothing else. No seat, no second lock to set up, no access to records. Rules and rates Every figure the suite calculates with: the value, where it comes from, since when, and who confirmed it. Nothing is a number typed into the code.Platform
Account and setup The company behind the suite: its name, address and language, the logo on reports, the doors it opens for staff and accountants, the team, and the company page job seekers read. API for your agents A key your company mints lets your own agents (Claude or any other) and scripts read and act on your HR Suite and your findjobs.ge account. Scoped, logged, revocable, and described by machine so an agent can discover it on its own. Import staff A spreadsheet in, records out: a CSV with a header row in any of the four languages, read back with the problems per row, written behind a snapshot. Nothing is deleted or overwritten. Connections What the suite hands files to, a calendar feed any calendar app can subscribe to, and webhooks for your own systems. The suite never logs in anywhere on your behalf. Automations What the suite does by itself: each one a switch, each run a line in the log. Checked every hour; nothing moves money or writes to anyone outside the company without a switch you turned on. Reports Twelve months on one page for the boss and the accountant: headcount, joiners and leavers, pay run totals, days off, hiring by the numbers, people and payroll by department. Printable, with your logo on Agency and Enterprise. Security What protects the company's records: a second lock on every account, encrypted private fields and documents, roles, an access log readable by the owner and editable by nobody, and support access only the owner grants. Snapshots A copy of every record table, taken by itself before anything risky and by hand whenever you like, restored in one click. The way back when an import, an API client or a mistake changes more than it should. Data and privacy Whose data it is, where it lives, how long it stays, what never happens with it. The legal texts are on hr.findjobs.ge/hr/legal. Plans and prices Three plans, one price each, in lari: Team 249 ₾, Agency 499 ₾, Enterprise 999 ₾ a month. Employee records 5 ₾ a head on Team and Agency, included on Enterprise. The demo costs nothing and shows everything.
