What the suite hands files to, a calendar feed any calendar app can subscribe to, and webhooks for your own systems. The suite never logs in anywhere on your behalf.

Program and bank

Choose the accounting program and the bank once; Pay run and Accounting then offer those files first.

Calendar feed

Interviews, pay days, first days of starters, approved leave, permit dates, last days of leavers.
An ICS address with a token: subscribe in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar; it refreshes by itself. Anyone with the address sees the dates.

Webhooks

A signed JSON POST to your address on person.created, person.updated, person.leaving, timeoff.asked, timeoff.decided, shift.created, payrun.approved, onboarding.signed, review.done, permit.moved, snapshot.restored.
Header X-FJ-Signature: HMAC-SHA256 of the body with the secret shown once. Payloads carry ids and public fields, never a personal number, an IBAN or an address.
