Data and privacy
Whose data it is, where it lives, how long it stays, what never happens with it. The legal texts are on hr.findjobs.ge/hr/legal.
Whose data
- The company is the controller of its records; findjobs.ge processes them under the data processing agreement (hr.findjobs.ge/hr/legal/dpa).
- Staff are told what is held in the employee notice (hr.findjobs.ge/hr/legal/employee-notice) and can see their own record on the employee door.
Where and how long
- Cloudflare Workers with the database in Frankfurt; encrypted backups twice a day.
- Nothing is deleted on request: a record is hidden and archived; snapshots keep thirty days and the last fifty.
What never happens
- The employer never learns whether a member of staff has a findjobs profile or is applying for jobs.
- Company records never feed the market figures; the market side is the public board only.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors named in the privacy policy.
