The demo
A made-up company you can do anything to. It is the real product on invented data, not a video or a tour.
What the demo company is
Demo Retail LLC: a Tbilisi retailer with 45 people in four departments, Store, Warehouse, Kitchen and Office. It has an HR manager called Nino, open roles, a pay run due, leave requests waiting, a new starter on Monday and a work permit coming up for renewal.
The sample day is Tuesday 27 October 2026. Every screen in the demo agrees with that date, so the stories line up: the pay run is due tomorrow, Sopho starts on Monday, Rajesh's permit renewal is due next week.
How it works
- Open hr.findjobs.ge/demo. A cookie names your copy of the company; nobody else sees it.
- Use the suite as you would with a real company. Approve leave, move applicants, change pay: your copy keeps every change.
- Start again from the button on Home when you want the company back to the beginning.
- Leave the demo from the lime band at the top. Your copy is kept for two weeks without a visit, then swept.
What is real in the demo
- The Market figures: pay bands, hiring difficulty and the number of live ads are the real Georgian market, the same numbers a paying company sees.
- The rules and calculations: tax, pension and leave are worked out the way they will be for a real company, with example rates until a named person confirms them.
What is not real
- Every person. Names are made up; any resemblance is chance.
- The company, its bank details, its accountant and its files.
- Nothing in the demo is sent anywhere: no emails, no SMS, no files to a bank.
Privacy
The demo asks for nothing about you. The cookie holds a random id and nothing else, and the copy of the company holds only the invented data and what you changed.
