findjobs HR Suite

Getting started

HR Suite is the HR system for Georgian companies, built on findjobs.ge. This page tells you what it is, how to get in, and where to go first.

Try it in the demo

What HR Suite is

One place for everything a company does with its people: knowing what the market pays, hiring, keeping records, leave and shifts, reviews, and the monthly pay run with files your accountant's software imports.

It is built on findjobs.ge, which reads almost every job ad in Georgia every day. That is why the Market section can tell you what a role pays and who else is hiring your people, which no other HR tool can.

Two ways in

  1. The demo: open hr.findjobs.ge/demo. No sign-up. You get your own copy of a made-up company of 45 people and can change anything in it.
  2. Your own company: sign in with your findjobs employer account. It is the same sign-in and the same second lock you use to post vacancies; nothing new to set up.

If you have no findjobs account yet, create one at findjobs.ge, add your second lock (a passkey or an authenticator code), and HR Suite opens.

The five sections

  • Market: what roles pay, how hard a hire is, who is hiring your people, your ad checked before it goes live, and the salary survey.
  • Hiring: talent search, the pipeline with scorecards, and onboarding with a contract signed by SMS code.
  • People: one record per employee, documents, time off, shifts, reviews, pay against the market, leaving, and work permits.
  • Money: the monthly pay run, files for your accounting software and bank, and the accountant's own view.
  • Settings: your company, connections, automations, the rules and rates the suite calculates with, and your plan.

What works today

The Market tools Pay check and Hiring difficulty are live with real figures. Home shows what needs you. The other sections are designed and arrive one by one; each has a waiting page that links its documentation, so you always know what is coming and what it will never do.

Where to go first

  1. Open Pay check and pick a role family you hire for. The band shows what live ads pay in your city.
  2. Open Hiring difficulty to see how many live ads compete for each job seeker in that family.
  3. Read Home: the queue is where every decision will land once the other sections are on.
