How it works

Set the last day and the reason on the record; the person appears here with a checklist.
Tick as you go: notice dated, handover, access and keys off on the last day, equipment back, final pay, certificate, exit conversation.
Compute the settlement: unused leave days at the daily rate, and the last month prorated as the pay run will compute it.
Open the certificate: a printable page in the account's language, logged and dated.

What it is not

The settlement is a figure for the pay run and the accountant. The suite never pays anyone.
