Hiring
Onboarding
From "hired" to a good first week: a checklist with an owner and a date per item, a contract the starter signs with a code on the employee door, and the record the pay run needs, made on the start date.
How it works
- A hire on the pipeline opens a row here with the start a fortnight out (Settings › Automations › Hired → onboarding). Or add a starter by hand.
- Set the first day and the monthly gross; the checklist dates follow the start.
- Send the contract: the starter gets the terms and a six-digit code by email and signs at hr.findjobs.ge/hr/me/contract. Unsigned after three days, it goes out again by itself.
- A week before the first day the record is made from the row, so the month's pay run already has the starter prorated.
The checklist
- Contract sent and signed · ID and bank details received · equipment ready · accounts and keys · a buddy named · first-day tour · end-of-week check-in.
- Every item has an owner and a date; ticks are dated. Finished rows move to "Show finished".
The contract
The summary carries the role, the first day and the pay, and refers to the Labour Code of Georgia for what it does not say. The full written contract is handed over on the first day; the signed summary is filed on the record as a document.
The code works for thirty days and once. Nobody is ever asked for a password.
