Where the figures come from

The market side is the stated pay of live ads in the city, the same figures as Market › Pay check. Company records never feed the market; only your own pay is compared with it.

Reading the table

Ratio 1.00 = exactly the market middle; the bands are below the lower quarter, below the middle, above the middle, top quarter.
The gap: what it would cost a month to bring everyone below the middle up to it.
Months since the last pay change, from the record's history.
