What it shows

One card per open vacancy: rival ads live in the same role family and city, how many are new this week and how many came down, the share that state the pay, the market middle, and job seekers with a confirmed profile for that family.
The band: the middle half of comparable ads, the median, and your own offer marked on it (red when your ad hides the pay).
Hiring most: the eight companies with the most live ads for the role, by the name on their ads, with the count.

The Monday brief

The same radar by email every Monday at 08:00 Tbilisi, in your language. Switch it on in the card on the right (owners only), pick the city, and send yourself one now to see it. It respects the tips switch in your email preferences and stops the moment you switch it off.

Where the data comes from

The ads findjobs reads every day across Georgia, de-duplicated and grouped by role family and city. Company names are the names on the ads. It never shows anything that is not public.
