findjobs HR Suite

Platform

Account and setup

The company behind the suite: its name, address and language, the logo on reports, the doors it opens for staff and accountants, the team, and the company page job seekers read.

Try it in the demo

Settings › Account

  • Name, website, phone, street address and postal code, the account's language; the same employer row as findjobs.ge.
  • Logo for reports (Agency and Enterprise), the employee door switch, sign-in alerts, exports of everything.

Hiring › Team

  • Owners, managers and recruiters, each with their own sign-in and second lock; recruiters see only the vacancies they are given. Seats follow the plan.

Hiring › Company page

  • What a job seeker reads about you before applying, edited here and published in four languages.

Settings › Import staff

A CSV with a header row in any of the four languages, shown back with the problems per row, written behind a snapshot.

The emails the suite sends

Every email leaves from findjobs.ge, names the company, and carries one link into the suite. Nothing leaves the demo.

  • To the company: a request waiting (leave or a shift swap asked on the employee door), a contract signed, a security notice (an API key created or revoked, support access granted or revoked, a snapshot restored), the hourly automations when they did something, the Monday brief if switched on, a sign-in from a new device if alerts are on, the plan starting and ending, and a receipt for every payment.
  • To an employee, only while the employee door is on for the company and for them: the door code, the contract and its code, the decision on their request, a review round opened, and their payslip when the month is approved.
  • To an accountant: the invitation, the door code, and each approved pay run with its files.
  • Codes expire in ten minutes; nothing else in an email opens anything by itself.
