Accountant view
One accountant, every client's payroll in one list: what is ready to import, who still has to approve, what is filed. The seat is free.
What it will do
- A list of clients with the month's pay run status: approved and ready, waiting for the client, imported and declared.
- Download everything ready in one go, or remind a client who has not approved.
- The accountant sees pay, tax and pension totals, bank details for the salary file, starters and leavers; never CVs, interview notes or reviews.
- One login for every client; each client invites the accountant once.
Earning
Accountants who bring clients earn a share of every month those clients stay, on the same ranks as the findjobs partner programme.
