The checks

Pay stated (22) and pay against comparable ads (10): hidden pay loses the first click; the band from Pay check sits beside the verdict.
Title length (6), title case (6) and clarity (4): a readable title, never in capitals, never in Mtavruli, one role per ad.
Text length (12) and the three parts (10): what you will do, what we need, what we offer, in at least 300 characters.
No age limit (10) and no sex limit (8): both are discrimination under the Labour Code and such ads are refused.
Contact channel (6): no Telegram or Signal; findjobs blocks both. Languages (4): published ads are translated by findjobs. Perks named (2).

The score

The weights of the checks that passed, over the weights of the checks that applied, as a percentage. A check that does not apply (no pay band for the family yet) counts for nothing either way.

Drafts too

The doctor reads published, pending and draft vacancies, so an ad can be fixed before it goes to moderation. The edit link opens the vacancy on findjobs.

GET /jobs/{id}/doctor with the jobs:read scope returns the score, the verdict and every check with its fix.
