Automations

Things that should happen every time without anyone remembering: when someone is hired, when someone leaves, when a contract or permit expires, when the pay run is approved.

What it will do

  • When someone is hired: create the record, send the contract, ask for documents, add to the next pay run, tell the accounting software, create IT and manager tasks, close the ad, thank the other applicants.
  • When someone leaves: final settlement, equipment back, access off, certificate, alumni with consent.
  • Reminders: probation ending, a contract or ID or permit expiring, a leave request that would break cover.
  • From the market: a rival advertising a role you employ, with their stated pay.

Control

Every automation is a switch. Steps that touch people (a message to applicants, a contract) ask for your OK first; the rest run and tell you on Home.

Status

Designed; the hiring automation arrives with Onboarding.
