findjobs HR Suite

Platform

Data and privacy

Whose data is whose, what feeds the market figures, and what the suite refuses to do with what it knows.

Your company's data is yours

Employee records, pay, documents and everything a company enters belong to the company. They never feed the market figures and are never shown to another company. A full export is one click; nothing is deleted, only archived.

The market figures

Pay bands, hiring difficulty and the radar are built from job ads findjobs reads publicly and from job seekers' confirmed profiles, in groups.

The salary survey

Joining is a choice. A company shares role family, city and gross pay per person, nothing else, and sees figures only for groups of five or more companies and twenty or more people.

Your staff and findjobs

A person may be your employee and a findjobs job seeker at the same time. The suite never tells an employer that one of their people has a profile, applied somewhere, or looked at a vacancy. Not before hiring, not after.

The demo

The demo holds invented people only. It asks nothing about you and keeps a random cookie id and the changes you made, swept after two weeks.

The law

HR Suite is run by the company behind findjobs.ge under its terms and privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page. A data processing agreement for companies is in preparation.
