The first screen: one queue of everything that needs a decision, across every section, sorted by what is due first.
Needs you
Each row is one decision: a pay rise to confirm before the pay run, a contract still unsigned, a leave request, applicants waiting, a permit renewal, an ad paying below the market. The chip on the left says which section it belongs to; the button on the right opens the screen that settles it.
Rows are sorted by what is due first. Red is due within a week; bold is due soon; grey can wait.
The counts
At the top right: how many people you employ, how many roles are open, who is away today, who starts on Monday. For a company that has not yet imported its staff, only the open roles show.
The three cards
- Pay run: net to pay this month and the pay day. Arrives with the Money section.
- Market this week: the market middle for your most-hired family and whether your ad sits below it.
- Keep your people: how many of your people are paid below the market middle. Arrives with the People section.
This week and next
Interviews, the pay run approval, pay day, starters, permit deadlines and approved leave, in one list.
Ran by itself overnight
What the automations did while you were away: a starter added to the pay run, applicants thanked after a "not this time", a permit renewal put on your list. Every line links to the automation that did it.
What Home never shows
Whether any of your people have a findjobs profile or are applying for jobs elsewhere. That stays theirs, before hiring and after.
