Languages
HR Suite speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Turkish: the whole suite, the employee app and this documentation.
Choosing a language
Use the language button at the top right of any screen. Your choice is remembered on this browser and, when you are signed in, on your account, so every device follows.
Each person on a team reads the suite in their own language. An HR manager can work in Georgian while a teammate reads the same company in Russian.
How the translations are made
Every word of the suite is written by hand in all four languages and kept in one dictionary. A check runs before every release and refuses to ship if any language is missing a line or still shows the English one. Nothing is machine-translated on the fly.
Georgian is never set in capitals. Mkhedruli has no upper case, and forcing Mtavruli on a word changes how it reads, so the suite never asks the browser to upper-case anything.
What stays in its own language
- Names of people and companies, as they were entered.
- Documents a company uploads.
- Product names: Oris, FINA, 1C, TBC Bank, and HR Suite itself.
Payslips and letters
Payslips, contracts and work certificates are produced in the employee's language, with a second language alongside where the law or the bank needs it.
