When someone leaves: the notice, the final settlement, equipment back, access off, a work certificate, and the alumni list, with their consent.
What it will do
- A checklist from the resignation or dismissal to the last day, with owners.
- A final settlement from the same engine as the pay run: days worked, unused leave per the confirmed rule, tax and pension.
- Access to the app, the rota and tills switched off at the end of the last day by automation.
- A work certificate in Georgian and English, one click, signed by the owner.
- The accountant's software told; the record archived, never deleted.
