Onboarding
From a signed offer to a good first week: the contract, the documents, the checklist, all started by one move to Hired.
What it will do
- A labour contract filled from the offer, in Georgian with an English copy, signed by a code sent by SMS or email.
- Documents asked for in the app: ID photo, bank details, diploma. ID photos go through the same identity check findjobs uses.
- A first-week checklist with owners: equipment, logins, a buddy, a Friday check-in.
- The new starter is added to the next pay run for the days actually worked, and your accounting software is told.
What is checked before launch
The contract templates are reviewed by a Georgian lawyer before the first company uses them, and every clause that depends on a rule (probation, notice, leave) reads the confirmed rule rather than a typed number.
