Money
Monthly pay run
The month's pay for everyone, with Georgian tax and pension, starters and leavers, leave and overtime, checked and approved, then handed over as files. We never move the money.
What it will do
- Gather: base pay, changes since last month, bonuses, overtime from the rota, unpaid days from Time off, part months for starters and leavers.
- Calculate: pension (employee and employer shares) and income tax from the confirmed rates. Net-agreed salaries, common in Georgia, are grossed up so the net is exact.
- Check: every change since last month listed for you to confirm.
- Approve, then hand over: a journal for your accounting software, a salary file for your bank, the RS.ge declaration annex for your accountant, and payslips to every employee in their language.
Rates
Every rate is a row with a source, a date and the name of the person who confirmed it. Until confirmed, the pay run shows the figure in brackets and warns. Old values are kept, so past months always recompute with the rate that applied then.
What it never does
- Hold or move salary money. The company pays from its own bank, with the file we prepare.
- File anything with the Revenue Service. The accountant does; we prepare.
Status
Designed; the most careful build in the suite. Two parallel months with pilot companies, matching their accountant to the tetri, before it opens.
