What it will show
- Hiring: time to hire from ad to signed offer, applications per hire, your reply time, where hires came from.
- Team: joined and left, turnover, typical time with you, who left by team.
- Pay: cost to company by month, people paid below the market middle and the cost of closing the gap.
- Time off: leave taken, sick days, unused days owed.
