The steps

The spreadsheet

Georgian column names are understood (სახელი, პოზიცია, ხელფასი, IBAN and so on). If the pay column holds net amounts, say so and the suite grosses up. Your accountant's spreadsheet shape is remembered, so their next client imports in a minute.
