Shift rota
A weekly rota for shops, kitchens and warehouses, with open shifts, swaps and overtime, published to the employee app.
What it will do
- A week grid per team with morning and evening shifts, cover per day, and training shifts for new starters.
- Leave and sick days block cells by themselves; an uncovered shift is offered in the app to people who want extra hours.
- Swap requests between colleagues, approved by the manager.
- Hours and overtime feed the pay run; anyone over the weekly limit is flagged.
